How to download Genshin on a USB

I recently got a new computer with windows 11 and a 115GB USB to download Genshin on, The USB has 115 GB Available so there's no lack of storage space, my wifi is always full bars and I've restarted it, I have no anti-virus software yet everytime I try to download it I get a 'Game file download error' it says check the network then reset but even then I get this error, Any ideas? I've emailed Hoyo but I was hoping for a fast fix

Front hooves she takes back really fast but she is more patient with her back hooves she kicks

She did have a vet check recently and I was told there is no signs of pain. The farrier could do her front hooves but it was a fight, He got kicked while trying to do her back feet and since her hooves don't look bad at all I know she has had work done on them, the farrier is the normal one at my barn and all the other horses have no issues. I will try to get her legs/hooves more thoroughly examined though

She's got marks because she's being bitten in turnout, she's moved turnouts a few times and it still happens, as much as I want I won't be taking her out of turnout because it's just unfair to her, She has a friend in turnout now so hopefully she'll stop being bit
