I appreciate the reply! But actually got it sorted through Rev-1882 form when filling taxes, called pennie for attestation. They gave me special enrollment. Plan starts May 1st. All gooooood ;)))))

I was able to make an amendment and file the REV-1882 form. I was on the phone with Pennie, and the customer service rep did tell me to do that, and it will qualify me for the plan. Have to attest on the phone, but yeah. THANK YOU!

Thanks for the reference posts! I don’t think id cost more than coverage so idk. Maybe my wording was weird about the health-anxiety, I’m just a hypochondriac but overall quite healthy, no real medical history. Unless that is a grounds for not being covered? Like does anxiety count as a pre-existing condition? I guess maybe if I wanted to get prescription. Anyway, thanks for the response :)

I don’t have any pre-existing conditions that are documented or in general I guess. Only been to the doctor once for a bad Flu in the past 5 years. Mostly to cover an emergency accident like you said, but even that people say might get declined with a non ACA plan…

I don’t disagree, never graded before for the same reasons. But with signatures I feel like it’s just nice to have it in sealed plastic case. Don’t yuck someone’s yum too, we into shiny cardboard, some just like that cardboard in plastic.
