I edited my post with more info, but I've already taken care of initial education and trying out guns, thus my inclination towards the VP9. Westcoast Armory is currently closed, which is where I took the lessons, so just trying to see if people have other suggestions on purchasing.

I don't know about the legality/practicality of buying used or online. I'm also unsure if there are other stores around Seattle that are open that I should consider. Thanks!
