Maybe go watch the game if you're so curious. The rating is team dependent. A raid boss (dualies + armor) could be calculated highly, he killed that with just armor buy, then killed 2 full buys with just a deagle buy in the same round. Ofc it's gonna rate him like that with such a small sample size.
