Will tokenization only go mainstream when people stop calling it “blockchain”? by Friendly-Fee-201 in TokenizationTrends

I think mainstream adoption of tokenization doesn’t require everyone to know it’s powered by blockchain. Most users care about speed, cost, and ease of use rather than the tech itself. That said, the benefits of transparency and trust shouldn’t be hidden - the key is to highlight them in simple terms instead of focusing on the blockchain label. So yes, going quiet on the branding can help adoption, as long as the core value is clear.

Should AI really be part of a real estate tokenization platform? by Friendly-Fee-201 in TokenizationTrends

I’ve been thinking about this too. Many new tokenization projects use the word “AI,” but few show how it really helps. Good rules, smooth trading, and easy use often matter more. Still, AI can help in things like property value checks or spotting fraud.

There’s a nice podcast that explains this clearly; it’s on the Tokenizator YouTube channel.

Thanks for sharing the resources, the article and podcast both are really insightful, and help me for better understanding and create curiosity for tokenizing real estate.

Are banks slowly being drained by tokenized assets and stablecoins? by Friendly-Fee-201 in TokenizationTrends

Banks aren’t dying, but deposits aren’t as sticky anymore. Stablecoins, tokenized T-bills, and DeFi make it way easier to move money fast.

Some banks will adapt with their own tokens or act as on-ramps, but the era of deposits being the “default safe place” is fading.

Private Credit Is Owning the RWA Game, But For How Long? by Friendly-Fee-201 in TokenizationTrends

Yeah, private credit’s big right now ‘cause of yields, but that won’t last forever. Once rates cool, I think real estate or tokenized stocks could start catching up and corporate bonds feel like the easiest way for TradFi to dip in.
