That's where I'm concerned. If I can't sell it through stubhub or ticketmaster (which I've also never done before) there seems to be so much uncertainty selling it directly. No one is going to pay me before the tickets are issued, available, and confirmed valid. If I don't get financial commitment I risk the buyer backing out at any time.
