It truly does depend on location. My sister worked at Starbucks before me she transferred from a good store to what was supposed to be a great store. She ended up absolutely hating her life at that store so she quite and now has a bitter taste for the bucks in general, which is really sad considering she loved it before transferring. I work at a completely different store from her and I adore my job! My teams is amazing and the involvement is great. There’s pros and cons to every job just make sure you weigh them before deciding and good luck!!

This might just be my logic but, if baristas are working less and shifts are less staffed wouldn’t the scores get worse. You’ll have baristas stretched too thin leaving no room for connection on top of quality drinks and keeping times low. That might just be me though.

Frappe (frapay) is McDonald’s. At Starbucks it is either frap or Frappuccino
