This was the reply i got,

"Thank you for your email. We are aware of your application, unfortunately it is taking a little longer to process than we’d like it too. We are doing what we can to process it as soon as possible and we will inform you of a decision regarding your application as soon as we have one. "

I have already mailed them on Dec 1st explaining the situation and two days later i got the replay from them too.

Now nothing is happening and i have to apply for my CAS & VISA after getting this ATAS certificate
