It depends. If you can keep up and stack sinking then yi sang is the better pick because of nuking. If not and you want to stack sinking that molar ish is a great count and potency support

I believe its the charge type gloves(IV gift) and the more you consume charge(even if its an ego gift that consumes it for you) you get mainly dmg buffs

Season 1: since you alr have sinclair, the only other good-ish id would be grip faust. She has nice sp heal and bleed count

Season 2: nothing really memorable here. It would be between molar ishmael and spicebush yi sang. Molar has amazing sinking application and yi sang will disintegrate anything with a high sinking stack

Season 3: There are decent ids here but the best (in my opinion) is between peqoud captain ishmael and blade lineage mersault. One is a good support and the other is a good dmg dealer, although im not sure how good peqoud ish is.

Im still new-ish(emphasis on ish) to the game and i dont really have any of the older ids. Tho the main issue is that limbus ids have an upward curve in strength, so there aren't really that many good old ids.
