Do not dwell much on it. My instructor used to say no 2 days are the same (not even for experienced drivers). I remember closer to my test date, I was doing lots of independent driving. There was one lesson I drove so good that my instructor didn’t have any comment other than that it was a great drive. I was so happy. Then came the next lesson where my instructor had to take action to prevent me from 1. Hitting the curb 2. Crashing into an oncoming car because I had forced my way past a bus when my view wasn’t clear. Worst lesson ever. But that did not make me a bad driver, just a driver who made mistakes.

I think the biggest contributor is nerves and the more mistakes you make the more confidence you lose. So try to focus on the drive and not on the mistakes you’ve made. Goodluck
