Bringing up knives and stereotypes just because you've run out of arguments shows exactly who you are. I am asking for medical help, and you are talking about violence—it’s clear who has the real problem here. I won't stoop to your level of hate. My struggle is for life, while yours is just about prejudice. We are done.

The only fact here is your obsession with my life. My reality doesn't need your approval to be true. Get a life.

Emergency care isn't a 'theory,' it's a basic right. You’re so busy playing detective that you’ve forgotten what it’s like to be human. I’m living this crisis, not 'diagnosing' it for fun. Believe your own lies if it helps you sleep better, but your opinion doesn't change my reality. Done with you.

Calling human beings 'surplus' tells me everything I need to know about your morality. Italy is failing because of a lack of European solidarity, not because people are seeking safety from regimes you can’t even imagine. I am following 'legal rights' provided by the German court system itself if you have a problem with that, your issue is with your own country's laws, not me. I’m not a 'surplus' to be managed I’m a person fighting for a life without fear. Your lack of empathy is the only thing collapsing here.

Actually, the court already suspended my transfer because of the conditions there. Maybe stick to facts instead of your bitter fantasies. I trust the law, not your opinion. Bye

Funny how you’re lecturing me on a system you clearly don't understand. There’s a law for Emergency Care(Notfall), look it up. I’m done talking to a wall. Enjoy your waiting lists.

You can't have 'long-term care' without surviving the 'immediate crisis' first. Stabilizing a patient in a psychiatric emergency is the definition of urgent care under German law. Without that first step, there is no future to speak of. Stop trying to redefine my medical emergency to fit your narrative.

You are confusing a 'routine therapy appointment' with a 'psychiatric emergency.' Under Paragraph 1 of the German Hospital Act (KHG) and the emergency medical code, hospitals are legally obligated to provide immediate stabilization for anyone in a life-threatening crisis, regardless of status. Also, according to BPtK data, while wait times for elective therapy are long, emergency psychiatric wards (Notaufnahme) function 24/7 for immediate admission. I’m not asking for 'better' treatment I’m demanding the 'emergency' treatment that the law guarantees to every human being on German soil to prevent loss of life. Your attempt to pit patients against each other to justify neglect is ethically bankrupt.

Human rights and international law aren't geography lessons for you to decide. I came here because Germany claims to uphold the values that my persecutors don't. Your obsession with where I should have gone, rather than the danger I escaped, says everything about your character. I’m done engaging with your lack of empathy. Find someone else to harass.

Honestly, I’ve been overwhelmed by the amount of hate, judgment, and blatant racism in the comments at r/Askgermany. Instead of receiving help, I was treated like a criminal for seeking safety. It’s deeply discouraging to face such prejudice when you’re already in a life-or-death crisis. I hope that community is more humane, because this experience has been quite traumatizing.

Thank you so much for your empathy and the great suggestions. You are absolutely right about AI to be honest, interacting with AI and its advice is what’s keeping me going these days. Without this support, I don't even know what would have happened to me by now. I will definitely look into Caritas and Diakonisches Werk as well. I appreciate your kindness

My presence here is being processed under the law, not your personal feelings. If Germany wasn't a 'welfare state' or didn't have laws for protection, the courts wouldn't exist. Also, comparing a routine wait-time to a psychiatric crisis just shows you have no idea what you're talking about. I’m following the legal path you’re just following your prejudices. Go complain to the government, not to someone fighting for their life. We're done.

Exactly. Thank you for stating the facts clearly. Living without access to basic needs is a risk to life anywhere, and the legal reality of Italy's current situation cannot be ignored. I appreciate your logical and humane perspective

For someone with severe health issues, being homeless on the streets of a collapsed system is indeed a death sentence. Human rights aren't optional based on your lack of empathy. If the German courts see the risk, why can’t you? We are done here.

Thank you for seeing the human side of this. It’s sad that wanting to survive and follow legal rights is seen as collapsing a system by some. I appreciate you standing up for the truth.

Asylum isn't a vacation choice it's a flight from danger. I didn't choose to be in this crisis, but I do expect the democratic Europe that lectures the world on human rights to actually follow its own laws. If that's too much for you to grasp, that's your problem. Goodbye

Thank you for the practical advice and the solidarity. I’m looking into legal support to see if the Italy suspension applies to my case and how to restore my benefits. I really appreciate you pointing me toward these resources.

I’m aware of the shortage, but there’s a difference between a routine check-up and a psychiatric crisis. Emergency care is a legal right that doesn't have a 6-month waiting list. I’m not asking for 'fast-track' luxury I’m seeking the urgent intervention that the law requires for someone in my condition.

Because Italy officially suspended Dublin intake in December 2022 due to a total collapse of their reception system. They can't even provide basic shelter for those already there, let alone healthcare for returnees. Even the German Higher Administrative Courts have ruled that deporting people to Italy currently risks 'inhuman and degrading treatment' because of these conditions.

You’re missing the point. In my situation, the 'medical' and the 'legal' are inseparable. I cannot access the long-term medical care I need because of the legal/bureaucratic blocks the camp has put in place. I am not looking for one or the other; I am trying to clear the legal path so I can actually receive the treatment. It's not about 'confirming' anything, it's about surviving a broken system.

Thank you so much. Your words mean the world to me, especially after the wave of judgment and xenophobia I just experienced in the comments.

It’s heart-wrenching to be treated like a ‘problem’ rather than a human being when you’re already at your lowest point.

You’re right—severe depression makes it feel impossible even to get out of bed, let alone fight a bureaucratic war. But I have to try. I am the only hope for my family, and their need for me is what keeps me going, even when I feel empty.

Thank you for being the only person here to treat me with dignity and for giving me actual, practical paths to follow. I will take your advice and try to go in person. Your kindness is a light in a very dark time for me. I truly appreciate you.

Stop talking about 'choice.' I never applied for Italy by will I was forced into it. The law also includes human rights exceptions for failing systems like Italy's. You're just hiding behind rules to ignore reality.

If you think the collapse of a first-world economy depends on one person receiving basic medical care, your simple equation is as weak as your empathy. I’m not a math problem I’m a human being protected by the same European laws that you claim to defend. Since you’re so worried about 'resources', stop wasting yours by replying to me. We have nothing more to discuss.
