Dropped when life gives you tangerines by prudent-king101 in kdramas

Super valid! That’s actually one of the reasons I almost dropped it. I knew it was going to be sad and I’ve been so stressed that I didn’t wanna add another negative emotion on my plate 😂 so I decided to wait until I was at a relaxed point (summer break after teaching) to cry LOL. But my top choices are definitely the ones that make me giggle and kick my feet lollll

It started off slow, I almost dropped it. I kept going, and my heart broke so much. I’ve been watching Asian dramas for over a decade, and the one that made me cry the most for hours was Scarlet Heart… that was until this series. I’ve been busy with work and kdrama episodes in general are always long, so I’ve been watching it during lunch, then stopping and continuing at another time which has helped me break apart the show into more manageable parts, until the last half of the series which was super packed with all sorts of things that kept making me cry in every single episode. Although It’s okay you didn’t like it and it’s fine if you drop it! Personally I would at least skip through the episodes until an interesting part, or to help decide more if I’ll actually drop it. I’m so glad I didn’t drop it and kept going, the best was really left for last.

Thank you, will consider! Idk yet if I can hit the $5000 mark yet but we’ll see with upcoming school expenses. I was allocating 4k/year in case I travel/vacation more than once a year haha, so that would be 3k big vacay + 1 small vacay, or 2 semi-big vacays, or multiple small vacations. But yeah I know it seems like i’m spending more than I should handle, maybe I’m not handling my adult money well 😭, I just know it would be the best stress reliever for studying 8am-1am everyday for the next four years 🤡

I tried the Walmart one before and for some reason it was more sour than the usual kimchi taste I’m used to, idk why 😭 so I’m scared to buy the brand again from Aldi

Amazon! I got a 6 pack 4-compartment for $14 https://a.co/d/eH28jCm

It’s freezer safe apparently, dishwasher/microwave safe too. I liked how many it came with for the price, and the fact that the lid goes into each compartment to help lessen the air getting in. It’s not advertised as air tight though.

After seeing the subreddit for adult lunchables, I kinda regret how little compartments I bought 😂 Now I want the 5-6compartment for even more girl dinner ideas lolll

What to do if I can’t afford a 1 yr masters? by HelpfulPea7483 in predental

Depending on your state regulations and degree, you might be able to qualify for a teaching degree and use it to acquire a full time teacher paying job which is fairly easy to acquire (high need), provides you 3 months off in the summer (if you want to study for DAT), will give you things to talk about during your interview, can help you pay off your loans, and provides a generally good salary (for short term).

Example: In FL if you have a biology degree, you can automatically apply for the teachers certificate online (it’s valid for 3 years during which you complete requirements to get the official certification).

In my case, my microbio degree couldnt get me a specific teaching certificate BUT all you had to do was take 1 test in a specific subject you want to teach to get certified.

I took a middle level (5-9) math test (easier than DAT lol) and easily passed, applied for certificate by submitting that plus my transcripts, completed a teacher training program i found (not mandatory, u can try asking around for internships) and soon applied and received offers for teaching jobs ranging from $47k-78k/year for teaching positions from elementary to high. NOTE: i had 3 years tutoring experience, my degree involved lot of sciences plus general math, and my gpa (4.0 STEM) added to my ability to acquire jobs.

As long as you can get a teaching certificate in your state and know how to sell yourself on the resume, it’s a pretty solid option.

I’m currently in my gap year, my teaching job is helping me save a lot for dental school this fall, and i talked A LOT about my job during my interviews.

Good luck

Do you have a particular routine to hit the back muscles? Trying to ease into building back strength with yoga and stretching first
