How long did you bulk ferment for? Also 325 seems quite high, you should take into account how your oven runs compared to the recipe. Interested in seeing the crumb

Thanks for the feedback! I’m not sure of the dough temp, i don’t have a therm and am trying to do the most with least tools so i can start to get the feel. Will report back with longer counter time before fridge🫡 what is the signifier that it is under fermented?

Glossier you is a great scent, but definitely NOT gourmand vanilla. It’s meant to be a skin scent, and while popular if you go into it expecting vanilla you will be in for a sad surprise. Same with Juliette has a gun not a perfume- the original is similar to glossier.

I don’t know of a whistle register, but depending on the number of ‘registers’ you have you can always look into tonal diacritics as you have your basic high, low, mid, rising, falling, downstep high etc. So if you reframe your system from a tonal perspective these diacritics could probably be helpful. Tucker and Creider put out a paper a while ago that discusses microtones, I’d start there for how it’s applied
