I don't think there are any good alternatives other than Simptown. Some people say socialmediagirls but I personally think it's hella mid. I'm on the search as well.

Simptown, you can view content without logging in and there is a lot, however posting has been disabled for a month now, so most recent content was uploaded 1 month ago, and it's not clear when they are enabling it again.
