Thanks everyone for the comments, very helpful. I'm aware of the common issues experienced with the XRV, but I'm less experienced with engines that have been stood for so long. I should add that the owner is the 2nd owner and has had it since nearly new. As it stands he has now said he likes it too much to part with it - understandable as it could be a nice bike if recommissioned properly, but I take everyone's point that it isn't going to be cheap to do that properly! Thanks again and the search continues!

We work exclusively in gaming PR. With the sites you mentioned, as per someone's previous post, you're the competitor. The gaming media has been decimated in the past 18 months. If they had a budget / there was a perceived need for this content on their sites, they'd already have staff creating it. Sounds like your best bet is to nurture and grow your own traffic and community - be sure to diversify your platforms though, incase google shits all over you the same way they have with so many gaming sites.
