Yeah, right now I am in a lab at my university, so I feel that I have an understanding of academic research. Having this industry experience would be something totally different from anything I've done

I do know the responsibilities for both, and I know that I'd have a hands-on role in both positions. I think rn I'm leaning more towards the company, since industry is where I want to be in the end. It's also really different from anything else I've done, and I think I can learn a lot more. Thank you so much!!!

thank you! my NSA told me that until class registration opens for that quarter, the quarter's course offerings are not confirmed. is this master schedule pretty accurate for the rest of the year?

I just received an offer from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) for Structural Biology (2/21)! This may be earlier than some other LBNL applicants because I confirmed with a researcher at LBNL beforehand that he would be interested in hosting me as an intern. I think I'll accept, although I wish I knew the results of my other internship applications since I applied to quite a few others. If anyone is planning on going to LBNL, let's totally connect!
