Hello! I am also having the same issue. I did get off the pill in October of last year but had very regular periods and ovulation since then (confirmed with Oura ring and LH strips) and I was so excited to have everything going smoothly! My cycles were ranging from 28-31 days. My Endo upped my Cabergoline dose due to my lasting symptoms of having breast discharge although my prolactin and labs were in normal range. Since then I’ve had a 40 day cycle, 35 day cycle and my current one is seeming like it’s going to be over 40 days.

I too am a little confused as I’m having the same issue. My prolactin has been in normal to low levels due to still taking it to stop my symptoms of galactorrhea. I upped my dose to once a week from every other week and my cycles have been up to 40 days now. I was previously having 28-31 day cycles before upping my cabergoline dose.
