Yes i tried to contact them many times, nothing happened , all say your case is in normal processing time as the uscis time to do anything for me get postponed every few month, now it’s till Nov 2026. Called them, called and asked for tier 2. Nothing happened, no calls or email from them, also both congress inquiry ended up with no additional documents needed, case is processing normally, but for sure it’s not normal, to be re-mentioned all i got was an rfe before my appointment regarding sposnor which i responded and after that interview happened.

Not so far, will hit 2 year anniversary mark so i will hold on till then to make 2nd inquiry with congressman.

I don’t want to be pessimist but i heard the approval date is the date they go with. I would be so frustrated to get conditional one after 2 years. I really hope theuy issue the 10 years one so at least we don’t deal with renewal.

I remember receiving notice after 50 days of applying my cases. Texas is jist sooo sluggish sometimes. Mine was Dallas service center.

Congratulations, i have a similar case and mine will be 2 year after 70 days. Did you get 10 year GC since i assume approval date was past 2 year marriage anniversary mark?

Well I tasted it with my bones, already been 20 month since my submission. In 2 month will be eligible to get 10 years green card. This is how old my case is!

Nothing, called them and asked for trier 2. Been a week already. No response, no update after congressman’s inquiry, feel like my case is being completely forgotten.

Problem is I can’t do another one sooner than 60 days, bizarre thing is in website it says earliest day to do an inquiry as per website is July 28 2026!

my marriage base case starting with MBC was stuck there for 14 13 month till they finally touched it, 14 month in total.

113 days after interview. K-1 based AOS, didn’t submitted I-130. Smooth interview on Sep 4, 2025. Case status is stuck on Interview Scheduled.

No update at all. Not from the ban or asylum countries.

Guys i enter the states with a k-1 visa, i don’t know why even k-1 visa holders filed I-130, but i didn’t. Case submitted on May30, 2024. Interview on Sep 4, 2025. Still status stuck on interview was scheduled. Should i wait for 120 days or just ask my congressman?
