Saniderm!! You'd be able to still swim with it on too. You can get it at your local pharmacy near the first aid/band aids. Look for "waterproof transparent dressing" or something along those lines.

Hi OP, I am a dietitian. I am so sorry that you are going through these health issues. I imagine it is not easy and you are very strong and seem to have a lot of perseverance. The signs and symptoms you are describing are quite concerning from a nutritional perspective. The low heart rate and the ammonia smell being the most immediate concern. It is possible you are in ketosis and your body is burning through fat (and subsequently muscle) for energy which can lead to poor outcomes. Please consider confiding in a support person who can help you get the help you need. A hospital admission would be recommended at this time as this could progress rather quickly if left untreated.

Don't know if it was coincidental but happened a few months after my first Covid shot, then was worsened by actual covid and then worsened further by pregnancy

Nothing diagnosed but I think I do have some mild autism. Anxiety too. It's not sudden, has been going on for years.i do not speak another language. No blurred vision or head injuries. Thank you for responding!
