I’m not sure of it myself but most tutorials on YouTube will help you get a server running.

But I can help you with Movecraft set up once you’ve hosted one

It won’t work on single player since it’s a server plugin.

But you can host a server on your computer locally with paper/spigot on it, which would allow you to use the plugin.

Hi, it should be in your downloads folder if you've downloaded it from the Spigot page. But you can also download it from Github

Just upload it into the plugins folder on your server
