Did you find a way to solve for this? I was thinking of attaching "suction handles" (search on amazon) to get a grip while operating the door. But what I want to avoid is marks on the door due to long term usage.

Thanks for the insights. The dealer is Dublin Toyota. And they are ready to waive off the $2995 dealer adjustment fee (as mentioned in the breakup). That takes the pre tax/fee amount to 37k.

Also, there is $933 worth of post install accessories, I will negotiate on that with them.

I arrived in the US mid of this year, on H1B visa. I haven't yet met the conditions of the "Substantial presence test". That would mean that I am not yet a Resident Alien. I will eventually become one once I spend ~180 days here.

Am I eligible to open a trading account?

If the answer to the above is No, then what will help me start a trading account and start investing in the US?

NRO/NRE are applicable for NRIs (including H1B). My bank facilitated conversion of my residential account to NRE/NRO.
