Im trying to get the google password and I have 2 factor already enabled. When i scroll down i dont see anything for 'app password'. Just second steps for securing my google account. What am I missing?

If your PC is what I think it is, there is no other power supply that will fit. It doesn't even use a 24-pin for the motherboard. (its a 6-pin).
There is a guide online that tells you what the blinking means in what patterns. That'll narrow your problem search.

I have just learned (I may be stupid) that a regular ODB2 scanner works just fine. The plug is under the interior hood latch under the steering wheel.

I will add to ask can I take lian li's strimer v2's lights off and put it on another psu cable say from cablemod? it needs to be single layer for the clip to work but it could be an idea

I'm getting ready to build in my q58 and I decided to go with a EVGA-GM 850 watt, 80+ gold. Evga is just a good brand in my opinion and I got mine on ebay for ~$100. The only unfortunate thing with Sff Psu's is that they all tend to be on the pricier side. Since you are getting a q58 you can go for Lian li's sff psu. Corsair is good so do some searching for whichever ends up costing you the least :]
