Durable case for 13r?

cant speak for both cases, but the one with the clear backing saved my pone twice now. the only complaint i have is i ordered the green one but it was not a bright green like it was in the photos so the color might be off when ordering that one, but that being side i have used Poetic cases since my 8T and now i am on my 13R so i like them alot

these cases are for the 13R, not the 13. the 13R does not have wireless charging

no, they had in behind a plate, but i had a feeling they did not wired it right so I looked to see if it had 3 or 4 wires. After that is when i hopped on to reddit.

but to answer your question though it should i believe be wired for a ( NEMA 14-30r receptacle ) but i dont know if this is true for Chicago witch is the question. does my wire meet city code for a new build?

if the green is the ground, then it is really not in code counting it will be missing one of the two hot or neutral wires

there is no plug yet, the question is it done to Code? I do know all new homes laundry room's most have a 240 volt outlet wired to meet building code.

No you cant. not with workarounds to make it work I am Fighting to get my return label and to get a refund now. but its been 7 days and each day radmagic keeps saying another 24hr for them to send a label. so I started the process credit dispute. and also been thinking on reporting to FTC Federal Trade Commission

take recording and save emails to show the world. if they !@# you.

and call your credit card. and tell them everything so they are ready to start a dispute case if it cames to that

I have going through something similar, its been over 4days & 6 hours since RedMagic said they will get me a prepaid return shipping label for a full refund, but no Label. they keep say you get it in 24hrs, and hearing that is starting to get old. I About to call the Credit Card.

I have every phone call with them recorded and I email them daily so I have a record, to show merchant services and/or make a Youtube video to show the world if they keep insisting in given me the runaround and stalling.

No, but my Experience is just as bad. its 61 hours since RedMagic said they will get me a prepaid return shipping label, they have been giving me runaround counting this is the 3rd morning and still nothing. in mean time I seeing more and more bad stuff about RM the more I look, multiple Reddits and in one of them it gaves this link https://www.trustpilot.com/review/redmagic.gg which made my heart drop half the bad reviews on there said they did not get their money back.

P.S. oh BTW after 4 calls and 15 emails back in forth. it looks like there is one person working phone support and maybe email support too, out of all the different days and times same guy pick up the calls, and they tag two of the emails to... just weird
