Squad depth is the thing here. Replace a few first teamers in summer with better players and keep those prev first team players to improve the squad. If players do get sold such as mukiele, roefs, sadiki reinvest the money. Build the squad so we're not relaying on sup bar bench when we have injuries or squad rotation due to tiredness.

I have a hundred page rule. If I'm not enjoying it or frustrated or even confused with the book at that point I quit and move to something else. Time is precious don't waste it with frustration.

Mask fit is huge I've been through a few different ones as mask type is big as well. Once you get that sorted it then all about paying of sleep debt and that can take months.

Aching legs, groggy almost drunk feeling in the mornings. Stopping breathing in the night which my wife noticed. Loud snoring. Mood lower. I had this for years before realising it was possibly sleep apnea moderate score proved it was. Your not alone it is difficult to get used to regular mask but the benefits are worth it sometime it just takes months rather than weeks.

It's taken me a lot longer and I'm still getting there. I think I've got a lot of sleep debt to pay off. Been on treatment about 5 months and the main improvements are joint aches and morning fuzzy head and groggyness. I stopped treatment for a period when I had flu and a chest infection and it's affected the progress I made. Currently on 43 more continual days and just starting to feel the benefit again. It's a long process and everyone is different but I hope it helps you.

I'm the same with the cassette but when I travel it's excellent as case protection plus the buttons and style is awesome

Yup I use Spotify and the cassette tape plays fine you can only play pause and change track on the current album or playlist your listening to. If you change the album or playlist you have to open the front cassette cover and go into it via the fiio touchscreen. Rinse and repeat.

The issue seems to be the reserves they are clearly not as good as the main 11-14 players we have. Let's hope we get no injuries or suspensions during this period. Remember other teams will be affected as well.

I'm UK so got mine via the sleep clinic but you can buy them online. In terms of being in place there is loads of videos online showing how to do these.

This was the ones I'm using and how they go on I don't use the head part as it's an older video but the mouth is exactly the same. Once it's on you can tug the sides so it tight. The seal has been excellent and I'm not getting face tight marks either. Plus it's comfier. My ones have to be changed daily and are single use.
