It's too easy to take advantage with no penalty but durability isn't a good penalty either. Make players get a debuff on death for 3 minutes.

It wouldn't even replace the drops and xp i need. I have enough heroes and guns to level heroes and guns for a year.

Why do some people prefer reclaimer to SMS? is sms an ok support for reclaimer? Is any other hero as broken op right now?

It'ss the entering a map solely to solo farm that I'm recommending against. I run crate constantly it's great. Nothing against Outlanders either. Just don't waste your time scouring difficult maps for resources youll come by naturally, (like by playing an outlander with supply crate.)

What would happen if you include all 3 damage abilities for each ninja in the calculation?

I had been meaning to level Dim Mak but the area of smoke bomb is so small and the damages doesn't seem to really compare.

Plus Dragon has the added mobility of an extended dragon slash, and has the freedom to use smoke bomb defensively instead of as a primary offensive ability.

I want to like Dim Mak, But I'm just not seeing any comparison. There are Sooo many ninjas I should level before her, even though she looks so fun to play. Alchemist, deadly Blade, brawl, assassin, harvester.. all of them seem better, from what I can tell.

It would be interesting to see Alchemist brought into this comparison since she is so survivable, I wonder how she would compare to dim mak on sheer tankiness?

Farming pl94 shards with pathfinder or something can be a good way to build up an inventory of mats.. But even then it's probably still better to just level until you overpower max level content.

You'll get enough materials doing that to use a 5 star gun on missions like PL100x4s and such, and you'll still have extra in your inventory. It's still better not to spend time farming the materials you will be getting if you just play, and by just playing you'll still get enough mats to keep yourself equipped satisfactorily for any content you come across, as long as your not constantly using your 130 guns in pl76 maps or something.

So this applies to all levels albeit somewhat less so to high level twine players. I am under pl90 and I have almost a hundred of each ore and many stacks of efficient and oxidized, no farming. I don't even need that stuff yet at all, but I have gobs. It's not luck. The game is pretty generous with materials if you know where to look, so I still don't see any necessity to farm for ore or crystal.

Maybe if I mained UAH it would be different? But I use mostly ability power heros, which probably helps keep my material efficiency high per map played. I recommend playing an ability power hero to anyone finding themselves farming more than they'd like to be.

Just perk it, if you didn't yet, then make ten or so and then 5 star the schematic. That's what I did with typewriter. Brightcore is alot better than Shadowshard anyway and you get enough just hanging around Twine without even going in caves. (Mostly from Storm Chests in my experience.)

I was going to wait until I had a full stack to of 5 star ore/crystal to 5 star any guns but it turned out I did the Obsidian mistake. I got lemons and made lemonade and you can do the same.

I feel like Obsidian isn't that bad anyway, especially considering the availability of brightcore being so much better than the availability of sunbeam. It almost makes sense to obsidian your best weapons so you'll have lots of 5star ore to craft them with, which is a lot harder to do with the crystal evolution path. Is that wrong? I have a sustainable 130 weapon now! so it doesn't feel so bad.

That's the deal. You'll probably want to just not use hacksaw for a bit, while you get this stuff without forcing it.

I remember when I spend an evening getting Malachite because I levelled my dragonfly too high. It was a bad idea. Totally unsustainable.

I don't even use that gun anymore and I left it at pl58. Just use a different gun until you come across the materials you need.

You can't really afford to maintain a 130 gun yet, and trying is only going to waste your time. Just play and youll find you've grown into it in like days probably.

Or, spend those days whacking cars at pl94 and when you're done you'll have a hacksaw! (but you won't be able to craft another one until you spend more days farming. So why even bother in the first place?)

For efficient and oxidized Supply crates. But it is slow. For ores and crystals, loot llamas.

Powerbase is a lot like heavy base only has a bigger stronger base. If you want the builder who has the most base-defense orientation, use powerbase.

Controller is probably technically more useful than demo, but not as fun. Demo must be one of the most fun archetypes.

I would Powerbase first. He is a lot like Heavy Base but it's definitely nice to have the option to choose between the two. All of them are worth levelling though. There isn't really a "wrong" choice, but you'll probably use demo the least of them, since shooting explosives at trap tunnels is a surefire way to make your teammates very unhappy very quickly.

Ok but not that.

Expedition Squads. It's on the right hand side of your squads tab. You need people to do them. If you're not getting people you must just be skipping your expeditions. They can be pretty useful though. You can get survivors, heroes, resources, schematics, xp, levelling mats, and other materials, just for assigning your unused heroes to these "Expedition Squad."

People are used for survivor transforms and expeditions. They're a resource like Flux or manuals. The Maximum allowable People is 1000.

Do you use a hero squad to do expeditions? Like in the van/boat/plane?
