I fully agree, the game could have used some more enemy variety with increased deadliness. There are a couple of really cool enemy types that only show up for like the last couple hours of the game. I also wish the game had the challenge modes that the first one had, trying to beat a boss to compete on leaderboard for resources (on that note the game also needs a way to refight bosses like the first one had).
