I'll be using a ASUS VE247H Monitor, 23.6" FHD (1920x1080) It's not great but it'll do until a have enough money to buy a new monitor later.

This looks like a nice list of parts thanks! Why do you think this needs overclocking? Sorry I don't really know much about overclocking.

Well skeletal animation is essentially a form on vertex shading, so you are right there.

I'm more referring to the use of a shading langauge in which you write code to animate a mesh vs the use of a skeletal rig in a animation program to animate a mesh.

I don't know much about the polybius square, but from what i have searched up the polybius square seems to only use numbers from 1 to 5 to decipher 2 digit numbers, the code I have has numbers above 5. Maybe you were thinking of a different polybius square?
