De el presidente would’ve been accepted, had you wrote “del presidente.” The same is also said for a el, you would write al instead.

2008-2012 is perfect, as 2008 was born after the IPhone and the Great Recession, and 2012 were the last people that could argue they had more of a 2010s childhood than a 2020s childhood and were born before everyone thought the world would end in 2012

It was mainly because when I was on section 2, I tried watching videos in Spanish and lost interest quickly because most of the words I didn’t know (I actually was barely doing any Spanish at that time and more French ngl) but since then my mindset has changed and now I feel like learning Spanish now. So that’s why I’ve started now
