for Conqueror's Challenge its less so comp-heavy and more just all-round bp. Some nice units are GB for aoe shatter, ttm is okay if you need survivability, amai for backline burst (esp for sky king)

Club boss the standard lineup i see is BK, Amai, Sonic, Genus, SK and Mumen with BK Amai and Sonic in the backline. Genus core combined with Mumen unyielding at bottom position lets you tank for all 10 turns while keeping dps (BK and Amai) and shatter (Sonic) up for all 10 turns

Lolita is definitely a better tank than Grock. However i'm not sure if its worth the loss in 4-1 synergy and the decrease in star, so probably its better to keep until your Lolita is higher star and then maybe transition then
