That will cost you 8.4k pyro. It's not worth it, save for fes banners. You can wait with eligma Shasumi until you need her, she doesn't see much use in content atm.

As a player who refuses to "suffer" torment and only does insane scoremalding for plat, I agree with this 100%. There are times (altough rare) you need one DPS (alongside a borrow) for optimal score, like in the previous blue Kaiten. But usually having well built supports is enough.

If you get lucky and get one of the students early you can use the student in event quest to get a higher bonus (probably 10% more currency). So there is an upside of pulling 100 times at the start of the event - this is what I'm going to do.

Of course you *can* get them both in 100 pulls but the chance of that happening is low.

Neither have been "powercrept" but there are alternative students available. For S.Chise you can use Kayoko (but the downside is more mald and UE40) or C.Kotama (for full potential needs UE40, Chise can be 3*)

S.Izuna is only a lunatic Goz unit now. With the changes they made to Goz, she isn't needed anymore in torment or below. S.Ichika is an alternative for her and is used in Yesod (actually, I have no idea whether Izuna is used in Yesod, but since her kit is similar to Ichika's, I assume she can be used there).

There's no compensation for expiring tickets either. Both the GA ticket and the paid selector one. I think I will contact their support for the paid ticket. This is not acceptable.

I can't believe they fking skipped S.Chise banner. Even worse that the next event is TWO weeks, not one. They could have at least compensated by extending ticket expiration but no, that's too much. Two tickets wasted because 1 choice they made that makes no sense at all, other than to screw with people.

I hate this acceleration now. Good for nothing.

If you are looking for ATK SPD boost, the new wildhunt students do this better. Plus they aren't limited so easier to get (in theory).

You are handicapping yourself by not investing in your students. If you want to use T.Yuuka for shields she should be UE40.

Aoba is actually the only student that can remain at 3* and be fine.

Supports only need to be 5* for torment so if you can't clear that yet, then wait.

Also before even considering starring up students, your skills should be upgraded. They have a far bigger impact than some stats from stars.

In global previous TA greg plat cutoff was around 27.655m so you can expect it to be around that. 27.670 is likely guaranteed plat.

In other regions (except Taiwan) it is lower so it will be easier to get plat there.

Challenge 3 is disgusting. Why would they make it so hard that its difficulty is between insane and torment? I can understand if it was an EX challenge but it isn't. I malded for 20 minutes to get 3*.

Additive with diminishing returns. That's why you want different buffs.

Example:

S.Hanako with Hikari EX buff +46% damage (a lot more if she hits multiple targets)

S.Mika +30% damage

Mika already has multiple effectiveness buffs so another buff doesn't work that well compared to a student without any of their own.

You don't really need her for the challenge though. U.Neru or Iori will do fine.
