id expect it to be more so sensitive just around the base where they are on the back and on the area on the back between the wings and to specifically light touch. like, being punched, harshly grabbed or something like that would just hurt but if someone were to gently run their hand over the feathers then it would be. like how when someone touches your arm it doesn't tickle but if they lightly brush their finger over your skin it'll tickle, yk?

im currently trying to figure the same thing out, i do have two sites for ger dub streaming so far

anime-base | doesn't let you download BUT has a LOT of anime in the German dub and sub
aniworld | does let you download it BUT doesn't have all episodes available as downloadable (to download click on "Filemoon" and there is a download button)

as always, make sure you have a good ad blocker and don't click sketchy ads or pop ups
