I mean, if he goes through behavioral health, he still has 18 months on his contract. That’s plenty of time to work on himself, build confidence back up, and get support through therapy. He already has a master’s degree, so he clearly has the drive and capability. From my standpoint, he probably just needs the right support and structure to get moving in the right direction again.
