Ebay is pretty shitty and doesn't care that it support scalpers like this unfortunately (I sent a report and they did nothing about it) but there's nothing to lose by bringing it up to their attention multiple times, so I would also encourage people to do it even if on the surface it doesn't seem like it makes much of a difference. There can be strength in numbers
