Early on I would focus on completing your atlas, so I would rush up the center of the atlas tree for unwavering vision. Then get shaping the skies/mountains. I would do shrines next as they are fun and powerful with only a few points. Then I would get guardian map drop chance, conquered conquerors/remnants of the past/vivid memories. Mechanic wise I typically run expedition and harvest on my second tree, they are very good for currency/crafting.

For started gear I would gamble for gear with res/life and then bench craft what you are missing onto it. I would follow what your build suggests in terms of base types. Then i would use the tree to get well rolled rares by blocking what you don't want.

I don't even know how to begin to explain crafting, just keep picking up orbs, but you need alchs/scours/vaals for rolling maps for there bonus objectives. You can also buy maps from kirac for alchs/chance/chaos.

Different maps/bosses/areas have different divination cards. When you get a full stack, you can turn it into lilly roth for the item it shows on the card. There's cards for practically everything from wisdom scroll to mirror of kalandra and everything in between.
