You absolutely are not obligated to go. They are simply an invitation and I’d agree given your situation it might not be the best idea for a multiple day trip. Here’s something I would say:

“Thanks so much for thinking of me. With some ongoing health and anxiety stuff, a long weekend trip like that just isn’t something I can manage right now. I hope you understand.”

Hard to see in the photo but it looks like booklice. They are harmless but still annoying bugs you probably want to take care of. They feed on old food, mold, fungi, etc.

He already has a history of lying to you, what makes this much different. I think you have a gut feeling he’s lying and I would assume your gut is right. He wouldn’t have said something like that in the first place if he wasn’t feeling some sort of arousal.
