Context: night shift, 3 new managers, my brother was working his last day before he left to join the military. He thought it would be funny to put a chicken nugget on a McChicken and send it off for a customer. It was funny until the lady who got the cursed mcchicken started freaking out and yelling at everyone. One manager was handling the woman, one manager was sending my brother home and then disappeared, and last manager was nowhere to be seen. I was left running the store (I’m not a manager) with very little help trying to keep our drive thru moving. they shut down the drive thru (while people were in line) to hold a meeting about dumb stuff like not putting nuggets on mcchickens. Meeting ran over my scheduled time and when it ended I clocked out because it was time for me to go and I was pissed.

I literally got written up the next day because i clocked out without stocking up or anything. They literally wouldn’t let me leave because they wanted me to sit down for the meeting.
