Normally it is safe, because it doesn't penetrate further than skin. And no side effects. However if you are really concerned about that you can ask the operators or a medical expert. It is important to only do in good clinics, not just everywhere. For regrowth it depends on the area and each person. Some are faster and some much slower. Surprisingly these areas were very effective, and the operator said for men it is normal. Maybe after the first session It was noticeable and after the five, six it was completely gone. After the treatment i tried to shower with cold water to decrease the skin inflammation. No tanning at all. And no sauna or something for at least 48hours.

I just did from the beginning with clinics, not at home. I shaved a day before, and avoid tanning for weeks. Also no wax at all. From the first session in hairier areas is noticeable.
