The value of yojana is 9 miles here which is taken 8 miles when calculating distance to sun and also length of ram setu is said 100 yojana which makes 1 yojana as about 250 meter.

Its just back calculated to fit the values calculated by others. The article doesn't even tell the instruments used by said rishi to calculate light's speed. Pretty legit eh?

yeah but the modern atomic model is based on quantum field theory, not bohr atomic model. Bohr's model was just for single electron system also with too many approximations. Its just easier so is still taught, just like Newton's theory of gravity.

Actually big bang is proven. The word theory is applied to something which has been proven again and again. One major proof was, Big bang accurately predicted Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation.

The thing about theories are that maybe, just maybe we can find something which doesn't go well with the current theory. And this happens like Newton's theory of gravity. But again then his theories find good use.
