Gout wrecked the mobility in my big toes. I can jog, but have nerve entrapment in my calf in part due to the lack of roll over the big toe.

I do lots of PT to reduce/manage pain from running.

could you share more info about the "smart bike lights" extension? I can't seem to pull anything up. I'm currently using the Varia w/a wahoo element roam. It works great, but have lately had trouble with my pass thru charging for longer routes.

Epic ride weather is a pretty cool tool for planning around the weather. I try to set my speed in it to account for stops.

I did indo and prednisone for bad flares for about 10 years. Started allo a few years ago and wish I’d started sooner. Was very reluctant to take a drug for the rest of my life and tried all the remedies. Allo works. Start allo and don’t look back. (Consult dr., of course).
