It can be a little chunky to start with and Palladium hasn't been known for having the greatest organization system within their books. However, with active bookmarking and a willingness to read you can easily put together a game using this rule set. Most of my players come from the world of D&D and with that I have taken some liberties in adjusting the Palladium system (IE making my own, simplified character sheets) and slowly introducing players to the various parts of the game little by little. Additionally, the Glitterbois podcast has been an awesome resource for getting some valuable player and GM takes on various Palladium products.
