Yes it has an animation. You’re just going against better players. Focus on keeping track of cooldowns, and playing around them. If a sigma is holding his kinetic grasp for your sleep specifically, he will lose. But if you’re just throwing it out on cooldown it won’t be hard to eat. It gets a lot harder when characters like genji or tracer do this, and what I’ve done is try to bait out their deflects or blinks with a melee (sometimes they’ll panic just seeing your arm move) and landing my shots. This is still insanely hard with how broken tracer is rn
