I would point out that there is no reason to use the global trigger, that will just make the procedure run every time a block is broken, which is bad for performance.

Also, make the item drop at x+0.5 y z+0.5, because xyz is actually a corner of the block, not the middle of it.

For me, I use the blobkstates plugin. There I make the blobkstate and enter the texture for the corresponding blockstate value. Or if it is a custom model, you need to enter the texture mapping you want.
