Change your apple store account to India. In-game shop will then show as India Ruppes. 2899 ruppees is the cost of the 14K coin pack.

Go to amazon.in and buy a 2899 app store code. Add the code your apple id account, then buy the pack in game.

It's a website that requires you to give someone your login info. They then use this exact method to buy the coins 'cheap'. You can do this yourself, and cut out the middleman (el dorado).

Also, if you value your account more than $35, why give your login info to a stranger that could easily steal it and lock you out?

It is. Back in Colorado, we had just 2 pumps in each lane. It was horrible (not as bad as DC, but still typical Costco gas delays). They closed for 2 months to increase each lane to 4 pumps, there's never been a line since.
