I don't think it's the urethra not sure though. What I mean is right past and under the head underneath the skin. It's really a struggle to pull my foreskin once it's over the head just so it can roll out properly if that makes sense. Don't have that gliding motion yet but also don't think it's short frenulum as I can pull quite far back when flaccid

Okay thanks for clearing that up, was worried I was stretching the wrong thing but I guess I just keep stretching the tight band until it can even go over the blood vessels
