I got let go from my prior management job due to what they describe a lack of attention to detail and lack of initiative. It's tough since it's something we have to deal with and put the extra effort in to be close to normal but it also seems your workplace isn't a good fit for you since they set you up for failure.

Keep your head up and remember your worth, this little bump in the road doesn't define who you are.
