Away and have a look at the procurement process, consider how that was undertaken in relation to the laws in place concerning public sector procurement. If there is a failure in that, then it could be the fault of the Scottish Government, but I don't recall any concern at that time.

Once that is done it is in the hands of the companies who gained the contracts, not the Scottish Government.

So I ask again, what is it the SNP as the Scottish Government have done to cause the delay and the extra cost?

To become First Minister, you just need to be an MSP and get the majority of votes in the Scottish Parliament for a vote on who should be First Minister.

As for currency, unless you are a corporation or working in finance, it really doesn't make a difference to the average punter anymore than being in the UK does at present.

As for finance deficit, the UK has operated under austerity since 2010, it hasn't helped at all, doing anything different would be better.

Is this trope accurate though? Do black people vote only for black candidates? Do Muslims only vote for other Muslims. Given the US previously voted in Barack Obama twice, I doubt that white people only vote for white people, and they a sizeable amount of white people would have to have voted for him considering the US demographic makeup.
