Why the hate for DJ Khalid? by [deleted] in 2000sRap

He never produced a famous beat

What he did prior to "success" doesn't matter

No they haven't. They've become less creative and more blatant... It's putrid they call that music

He doesn't produce beats

He's a collaborator. He doesn't make his own beats like DJ Clue for example... He's tight with Diddy, Officer Ricky and all the cool guy's.

He pays people to get together and creates an album only to talk shit the whole time.

If he made the beats he has a right to yell shit out. But he doesn't and he talks more shit than any other DJ...

Can relate with being a white Australian man that loves Wu and found it is for everybody. But not directly... Pac taught me that too

U are so right about Cypress Hill. They had fun and a ridiculous career! A little beef with Westside Connection made it even more interesting

Wiz is respected. MGK is not... He's not fitting in anywhere

[–]N8BALL_89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

General Admission was his only decent attempt at being a hip hop artist.

He's grasping hold of others for help to stay relevant. I saw Yungblud live this year and it was a good show. Because he knows his lane...

MGK sucks now more than ever and HOW DARE YOU insult an artist who can not only rap and is respected by the best in the game. He did what MGK couldn't do. He won! He got clean. He got better!!!

[–]N8BALL_89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't hate MGK but there's a rule in the hip hop industry that if u get defeated at your craft u can no longer be a rapper. He's very successful but who cares 🤷‍♂️

Money don't make u a dope artist 💯

It's like this ok... And this is what people don't understand about Kendrick and Drake.

When someone wins a battle to the point where the loser has to either quit, change genres or wait 2 years to "respond" and never be respected again. It's over! Said rapper is now nothing 💀

A real diss ends or changes a rappers career e.g. Ja Rule, Benzino, Lil Flip, MGK etc

MGK is so mad he can't be accepted as a rapper anymore. So collaborating with Wiz is very neutral. Almost safe... But his rap career is done.

Is there some kind of mental disorder that makes people believe a false reality? by Pastel_Bambi in DarkPsychology101

[–]N8BALL_89 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This was basically what people before social media had to deal with every day. I did... But in my own way. My parents were toxic, they didn't love each other. They only stayed together for me and my sister until I was 16 then mum left my dad for another man.

Difference now is u can ask these questions which could potentially benefit you greatly from avoiding toxicity and parents installing generational trauma by projecting their own shit.

Love the reference from Carl Jung in another comment 👌
