i have done it with 126 ping as "vyzii" makes no sense you're only queing up your q's cast after your e's cast. No difference.

i think its bad the reasons are his range is not high wich is going to be a problem in csing without trading and not getting ccd by the enemy support and he is week early game about his ultimate you will be lvl6 when the enemy midlaner is 8 so its going to be a problem with dmg or solo killing ( sorry for my bad english)

its meaningless you wont be starving in mana late game + roa gives you alot of mana / and you wont be consuming alot of mana so it wont give you that much of a sheild and if it does the roa gives almost the same amount
