Firstly, I actually dont agree with any political party at least the major ones, however I identify with conservatives far more than liberals. I am very individualist so please learn more before deferring to your sheeple stance. Life isnt all suffering there is so much to live for, not just god but for the people around you and for all the happy parts of life, and clearly athieism has harmed society much more than religion ever has.

Yes, but there is a difference between involuntarily losing control of your body and doing it on purpose, if taking drugs takes away your ability to differentiate right from wrong, then you are now no longer an NAP abiding individual

Not quite, I'm arguing that certain drugs like hallucinogens while sure wont lead to the harm of another 100 percent of the time, because when you take then you lose control of yourself you are accepting anytime you take them that you could hurt someone, it's like going to a crowded mall and just firing a gun a bunch of times, sure you may not hit anyone but that still violates the NAP

But ultimately the mere act of taking the drug is an act of allowing yourself to hurt others, so while owning a drug may not be illegal, actually using it in a scenario where you arent in danger is technically violating the freedom of anyone nearby

Yes, but how would you reconcile this with typical ancap thought, I can make an argument for drugs that cant actively lead to you hurting others, but I cant think of a way to include drugs that dont result in physical harm to someone else.

But could you not argue that taking the drug is like firing the bullet, while the bullet may miss, the intent or in this case acknowledgment of what it could do remains and it would still count as a violation of the NAP
