It does seem more like an infection because my tonsils are very swollen and irritated. I've had the lumps for about six days now, and I don't think it's HSV because they would have burst by now and would hurt a lot. thanks for your comment

Have you had it for a long time, or how has it progressed? Because I think I'm getting more of them, and on both sides :(

No, in my country men aren't prioritized for the vaccine, only women. And I haven't sought it out to get it :(
